        Before even I completed reading the book "The art and science of low carbohydrate living" I realized how dangerous it is to have carbohydrates on a regular basis as the main fuel to my body. I however did not know what to eat if I got rid of Rice and Wheat. Though there were a lot of books, Articles and Videos about Ketogenic diets and recipes they were mostly from western countries.
